The world conditiones us to react in negative way whenever we facee challenges. Most humans fall for this reflex, not understanding that it will become worse.
In fact we should not react, but OBSERVE and let go!  To do this, I use a daily mantra, very simple, a little bit silly but 100% effective:

"IT's NOT OK, BUT OKAY"
